D.I.Y. Chanel tray

Hello again, another DIY (im telling you i'm obsessed with the DIY's). I was looking online and saw pictures of Nicky Hilton's house and I love her all black & white theme. She had a tres chic Chanel food tray that she got at a surely expensive antique store which I love but you could easily make one yourself and btw I thought of the idea and didnt find another DIY online it's all me, just thought you should know i'm original).

So I went to my trusty Good Will and found a plain wooden food tray (and an elegant looking silver picture frame and fabulous Celine patent leather sandles that are super expensive online (couldn't help myself)).
Then I cut out chanel stensles and spray painted the tray with black spray paint.
So here's the problem: I used really floppy cardboard and it ended up messing it up and I went over it again with black spray paint. I ended up just drawling with a pencil the outline of the shape and painted really carefully with a tinny brush.

D.I.Y. Tufted Headboard

I always thought interior design was kind of boring, im more of a clothing design person rather than house designing but i've been quit buisy with new projects for my soon-to-be amazing room.
So before I just had a full bed and was always planning on buying a headboard but never found one that really caught my eye. So I found this style for a headboard called a tufted headboard and I think the style look's so princessy and elegant but when you go on craigslist and try to buy one or look online their super expensive so I thought why not do a D.I.Y!?

I followed this tutorial (well, rather my dad did):

So then I went to the fabric store for the main fabric for the headboard, I exited out black because you wouldnt be able to see the detain and no pattern since im probably going to get another comforter so then I found this simple a little off white fabric that has a diamond stitching on it and for the buttons found some cross black ones that look very frenchy to me. And here's what it looks like now:

A Little Remodeling

One of my many little dreams was to have a Breakfast at Tiffany's/Tiffany & Co./Parisy inspired bedroom. Since my dad is content on redecorating our entire house wouldn't it make since that I can finally have my dream room!? My previous bedroom is a remodel of Maddie's bedroom from my previous obsession of the Suite Life of Zack and Cody (for those of you who dont know the show and therefor have good taste it's a Disney channel show about two twins living in a hotel with their singing mom and a spoiled hotel heiress named London Tipton - sound familiar? i.e. Paris Hilton). So the walls of my bedroom consist of blinding bright, yellow walls and various odd bright colored decorations and a mismatched Victoria's Secret PINK comforter. What's strange is that you can see a little of what I was like and my personality I guess when I was 11 and 12 with the bright colors but then you spot my black and white pattern's and fashion magazine collages on my walls which is a little more me now.
I want a room that reflects all of my personality right now, my love of fashion and designers, my undying love of Breakfast at Tiffany's/Audrey Hepburn, and my all time favorite color pallet: black and white.
