Even though im nor french or have ever visited the city of lights that dosent mean I can't add a little european style to my wardrobe. I saw this hat at Target and fell in love with it. It was only $14.99 and has a little touch of feather to it. I recently wore this hat with my new black heeled boots, a chocolate brown cashmere sweater, my new black skinny jeans, my black peacoat and my pleather bag. I got tons of complements on it.
