My Trip to H&M

My mom and I heard about the much antisipated H&M store opening in Atlantic Station. There was tons of advertising long before the store opened it's doors. Even though I live in Marietta and Atlanta is close by, I haven't spent much time in the city.

We went on my 14th birthday last year when they have their annual winter sale. I was overwhelmed by the quantity and quality of the clothing. At first I though H&M was a European clothing store because my opinion of the french is fashion geniuses but it's actually a swedish based store.

To give you a little history lesson, H&M is a swedish clothing store and was established inn 1947 by Erling Persson. The full name of the store is Hennes & Mauritz.

This year I was very excited to have a chance to go again for my 15th birthday. Some people enjoy goofing around with their friends when they go shopping, you've seen them, their the obnoctious ones roming around with their guy friends that go to Victorias Secret to model a bra for everyone. But I for one take shopping very seriously, maybie even more so. Because when you're shopping you're on a misson, it's like a hunt for me.

After shopping I definatly have come to the conclusion of always making a time each year for my birthday to come down to this store. Well that's my fashion excursion, hope you enjoyed it! au revoir, Cici
